Morning Breeze Elementary School started as a primary school, an annex of Cecilio Apostol Elementary School. Classes were housed in a rented building on Gen. Tinio Street in Morning Breeze Subdivision. Due to population increase, the principal Mrs. Gloria Abraham together with her twenty-eight teachers felt the need for a better building and location. Benevolent citizen responded to the problem. A lot measuring 8,154 square meter, estate to the Morning Breeze Subdivision as the school site. It was located in the heart of a progressive community about a kilometer to and from the Division Office and five hundred meters away from EDSA. At present, the school is surrounded by residential homes and located beside the parish church.

A School Arises, Mrs. Gloria Abraham principal, together with twenty-eight teachers and pupils cleaned the donated school site which during that time was surrounded with talahib and huge stone. With the determination of both teachers and pupils, the members of the Homeowner's Association of Morning Breeze Subdivision and the Women's Club headed by Mrs. Florentino rallied and sought the help of Governor Isidro Rodriquez for the construction of school building. Caloocan at that time was a town of the province of Rizal. Thus, the Rodriquez was constructed. To ensure the safety of the school, civic-spirited citizens led by PTA presiden, Mr. Potenciano Salita put up the fence which until now still surrounds the premises. The year 1955 witnessed the rising of Morning Breeze School and it's inauguration was graced by no other than the First Lady of that time, Mrs. Leonila Garcia, and the guest of honor.

The School Progresses. Abraham was transferred to Manila in 1960, Mrs. Arcadio Basilio took over as the principal but this man term was short lived. He stayed for only one year. In 1961, Miss Aurora P. Serrano held the principalship. Under her, two new buildings and Macapagal building. She also started landscaping the front and planting of fruit trees at the back of the site. It should not be overlooked that while the additional buildings were being constructed, the annex on Gen. Tinio street still continued to be occupied by primary classes. It was during Miss Serrano's that a typhoon blew-off the roof of the Rodriquez building. Again, donation were sought to Pangilinan under his management a two-storey building was constructed, two Marcos-type buildings and a PTA building and a stage. He also constructed make-shift buildings due to the increasing number of enrolment of pupils. An earthquake, which razed the Ruby Tower to the ground, forced Mr. Pangilinan to transfer the primary classes on Gen. Tinio street to the school site because the rented building posed danger to the school children. Hence, the principal turned over the helm of the school to Mrs. Susana P Bagsic in 1972 that stayed until 1975, and during her term she put up the school canteen and another Bagong Lipunan building. Mrs. Bagsic was promoted as a District Supervisor in the Kabukiran areas, so another principal came to Morning Breeze Elementary School in the name of Miss Rosario Lopez. She managed the school from 1975 to 1977. During her term a stairway was built from the playground.

Mrs. Luz B. Umali took over from 1977 to 1979. A fishpond was built in front of the school, a project of GSP MBES unit. When Mrs. Umali took the desk as Home Economics Supervisor for the Division in 1979. Mrs. Caridad Bugallon took her place. She put up comfort room for the primary school children and drinking fountain. A new Home Economics building was also constructed.

The work Education building for the boys was built during Mrs. Venus S. Batino. Repair, repainting and requisition  for another school building were undertaken during Mrs. Batino's term. A separate district office for Tanque was housed in the Rodriquez building. Teacher's comfort room was constructed in the principal's office at the same time school clinic was improved.

"More" developments in the school site was undertaken in the year 1994 up to present with the collective effort of the principals  to improve the school. During those years a two-storey building with four classrooms was constructed through the effort of the Japanese Embassy. A teacher's room was also built funded by the Teacher's Club. Mayor Enrico "Recom" Echiverri sponsored  the construction of the three-storey building and covered court. Department of Education also funded the construction of the clinic center and Congressman Oscar "Oca" Malapitan sponsored the opening of the back gate.

At present Morning Breeze Elementary School continuous to grow with the brimming support given by the teachers, principal, community and government officials whose main concern is to give quality education to the future leaders of our land..... our pupils.
